Crit racing can be intimidating! Join us for a quick Q+A session and pre-ride clinic before the Women's Cat 3/4/Novice race. We will spend a little time going over any questions and then we'll head out to roll the course a few times together. Getting to know the course and corners can help take out some of the pre-race uncertainty and set you up for confidence in-race.

Cara O'Neill - I have raced overseas, professionally, with the US National Team, and most recently for the Team S&M road squad. I'm a crit enthusiast and passionate about helping others build confidence and comfort racing and riding.
Ava Hachmann - Boulder based, Durango raised. Currently riding for Analog Racing out of Vancouver Canada. This will be my 10th season racing and 3rd time with the TBC new racer program, excited to share my expertise and support with you all!
